After I have reached out to Ground Control, when should I expect a reply?

We typically try to respond within 72 hours of your first email, but during busy campaigns, fulfillment, or Wormhole seasons, we have an overwhelmingly full inbox so you might not receive a response from us for up to a week, or in extreme cases, perhaps more.

Ground Control is standing by Monday through Friday to get your questions answered, your problems resolved, and your jokes laughed at.

Oops I messed up my order, how can I replace / modify / change my order?

The best thing to do is reach out to us as quickly as possible via email at groundcontrol@orangenebula.com. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to correct, modify, or cancel the order for you. If it has been shipped, we will do whatever we can to help you find a reasonable solution.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee your request will be able to be fulfilled.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information. In the U.S. you should receive tracking within 2-3 business days. For international orders it may take 5-10 business days. if you have not received tracking within these timeframes, please contact us at groundcontrol@orangenebula.com

 When should I expect my order to be delivered?

For domestic orders, we strive to get packages out within 3-5 business days. During US holidays, crowdfunding campaigns, or Wormhole events that generate an influx of orders, there can be a longer wait time. 

For international orders, it can heavily vary depending on your region. We have partners throughout the world to help speed up delivery time. However, there are some products that we only stock in the US. In that case, those shipments have to pass through several intermediaries on their way to you, which can add time to transit.

What is your return policy?

If product is undamaged, sealed, and in sell-able condition, you may return the product to us. Upon receipt we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s).

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We do have to triage requests as some folks have more severe damage that affects the functional integrity of the product, requiring a replacement. Unfortunately, not all requests can be accommodated. We take these things on a case-by-case basis so go ahead and snap a few photos of the damages and email us at groundcontrol@orangenebula.com.
